About Me
Greetings! My name is Bryan and I am actually an engineer of all things. Although I've spent a lot of time tinkering in the lab, I also enjoy tinkering in the kitchen. I get some of my culinary background from my step-mom, who used to be the sous chef at a Seattle Brazillian restaurant. Lately, I've been visiting my local farmers market and buying freshly slaughtered meat. It's especially fun to chit-chat and learn about how the animals were raised and to receive little tips about preparation. Recently, I've been on a bit of a lamb kick and my next step is to perfect a lamb stew. I'm now in the Tri-Cities, but when I'm back in town and in my old hangout of Capitol Hill, you can bet I'm lingering around looking for some great beer and pub food.
