About Me
Hi, I'm Grant and I'm part of the Chef Seattle team! I grew up in a family of foodies, so I've always been on the quest for good food as far as I can remember. My favorite cuisines are Italian, Chinese and traditional American, though I've been warming up to Indian cuisine as of late. When I'm not eating out, you can find me cooking at home; often heading out to Whole Foods and PCC to get some seasonal produce and proteins. While I think of myself as an average home chef, my friends swear by my grilled cheese salmon sandwich and my fish tacos.
