'No Sissy Food' at this Redmond Breakfast House

We're sad to say that the Redmond Brown Bag Cafe has closed it doors after many years of operations. Unfortunately, we do not know the reasons yet as we simply noticed the status of the restaurant while driving by. There was a sign on the outside however, so we'll likely pull in to at least find out why this Redmond icon has closed it's doors. In any regard, you will be missed Brown Bag, it's been a good run.

For those Redmond residents that are hungering for the breakfast sized portions that the Brown Bag Cafe was famous for, the Kirkland location is still indeed open. It's address is:

12217 NE 116th St Kirkland, WA 98034

Otherwise, the other two options in the area are the Redmond Cafe, located across the street from the post office (review and link to be posted soon), or the Family Pancake House located by the Whole Foods and Redmond Inn.
